penmouse is a Swiss-American Art Director specializing in Motion Design.

As a generalist, his work spans a range of industries – including entertainment, technology, medical, finance, beauty, and non-profits – delivering design and animation across diverse formats.

penmouse develops visual concepts, style frames, storyboards, and motion graphics for design and major film studios, ad agencies, production companies, streaming platforms, and television networks. Whether working independently or leading teams of motion designers and VFX artists, he brings a directorial approach that often blends animation with live action.

penmouse has won two Emmy Awards in 2022 for Best Graphic Arts and Best PSA. In 2023, The Union Difference – a commercial he designed and directed – was nominated for Best Graphic Arts at the 75th Emmy Awards. He has also received recognition from PromaxBDA New York, the Cannes Lions (Young Director Award), the International Eyes & Ears Awards, and ADC Switzerland.
