Jean de Meuron

After attending the New York Film Academy (NYFA), USC’s School of Cinematic Arts Summer Program in Los Angeles, CA and receiving the UCLA Extension Business & Management of Entertainment Certificate (Earned with Distinction), Jean de Meuron graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (Film & Media Studies) from The New School in New York, NY. He was honored with Outstanding Academic Achievement for his consistency on the Dean’s List.
Jean was an Executive at internationally renowned director Roland Emmerich’s Centropolis Entertainment, where he worked on ‘Tides’/’The Colony’ (2021) and the epic sci-fi disaster film ‘Moonfall’ (2022), which was theatrically released globally in February 2022. Upon its streaming release on Netflix, ‘Tides’/’The Colony’ was the #1 Movie in the U.S., claiming the top spot in the Top 10 ranking of the most watched films.
Jean’s professional directorial debut, the epic ‘Edge of Space’ (2024), made the 97TH OSCARS® Shortlist – Live Action Short Film. Since 2019, Jean has been a Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) in the Short Films Branch.

Natasha (Natacha) Devaud

Born and raised in Switzerland, Natasha is a Technical Director in VFX for movies (mostly at Industrial Light + Magic/Lucasfilm), with a specialty in Lighting and Look Development. Since 2018, her background and expertise in Textile and Fashion Design, both digitally and in real life, have brought her to collaborate on the development of avatars in immersive experiences, which led to 3 years at Meta where her expertise in textiles was key to various researches on virtual textile reconstruction (as in fiber and textile structures) and garment reconstruction for simulation and all-inclusive grading. Virtual Textile and Costume Design is what she’s currently focusing on.
Her movie credits include several Star Wars, Transformers, Harry Potter and Marvel movies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Graphic from ECAL (Lausanne, Switzerland), as well as a degree in Education and a background in Fashion Design.

Fabrice Vienne

CG Supervisor at Rodeo FX in Montreal. Although unusual in appearance, my path from architecture school to digital visual effects is in fact perfectly logical.
I first became interested in architecture and completed my studies as a draftsman at the Verdon-Pachoud architectural studio in Switzerland. After graduation, I joined the team of Polygone Architecture, where I work as a partner and member of the management committee. In addition to site management, I perform several tasks more specific to computer science, including 2D and 3D design, project design and visual presentations.
I then decided to move to Montreal and study at the NAD Center, a renowned school in the Canadian metropolis that specializes in teaching 3D. After my studies in computer graphics, I began my professional career in the world of visual effects, which quickly led me to become head of the layout department and then CG supervisor at Rodeo FX, where I have been sharing my knowledge and passion with my colleagues for over fifteen years.
